Spreading Kindness, One Note at a Time
Little Hope Notes started in 2019 as a simple kindness initiative—handwritten notes left in public places to brighten a stranger’s day. Born from my love of writing and the belief that small acts of kindness matter, this project has grown into a heartfelt mission to uplift others.
As someone living with POTS, endometriosis, and anxiety, I understand how isolating chronic illness can feel. I’m a passionate mental health advocate dedicated to helping women with chronic conditions feel seen, loved, and empowered. Through kindness, resources, and education, I hope to make this journey a little easier for all of us.
I’m still learning how to balance life with chronic illness, but I believe in finding joy and hope in every day—and helping others do the same. 💛
